I had been anxious before I went through with this purchase based on my research into similar products, where older reviews sometimes ranged from negative to seemingly AI-generated. But the reviews were always around the logistics of delivery rather than the quality of the items, so I decided the possibility of having this credenza outweighed the risk of any delivery/refund fiasco. I’m genuinely glad I went through with it. I had a flawless delivery within a week of purchase. It arrived fully assembled in a plywood shipping crate. It took me 30 minutes and some prybar manpower to disassemble the crate, but I’d take that slight inconvenience over a flimsy cardboard box any day. This thing was packaged so well that there wasn’t an inch of room for it to get scratched up during transit. My biggest fear was the glass panels shattering, but there was enough styrofoam inside that the glass stayed in perfect condition - I only had to pop them back into the right track groove so they could slide open. Everything was in perfect condition, and it looks fantastic once its plugged in and the lights inside are glowing. I did have difficulty using the tiny cheap remote that’s meant to control the lights (mine might’ve arrived dead?), but I wasn’t planning on using the remote anyway. The wired connection in the back has a toggle to control the lights so I’ve got it on my preferred setting and I’m never planning to touch a button again. I’m really happy with the credenza, and I’m excited to hide my endless dog paraphernalia in the lower shelves out of sight.
