Used Povison to furnish our Media room, and I’m so glad we did. So high tech and stylish. My family and friends are so impressed. Something you would only expect to see at celebrity homes. Definitely use white glove service. Products are heavy and the team was so easy to work with.

Good: - Gorgeous product. Very sleak. It looks as advertised on the website with the lighting and colors. - It is sturdy, and unit came essentially pre-assembled and packaged so just needed to be unpacked and placed in the right location. A week in now, you can tell it is a quality, well-built product and not cheaply produced. - Convenient location of surge protector/power strip on back of unit. On/off button easy to reach with the unit is open (more to that later). - It is very easy to set a "memory" for how far the tray retracts. - I have more and lengthy things to say about the negatives, but honestly I am still happy with the product. It is mostly that for the higher price point I would expect more a premium on some of the more technical things. Bad: - Electronics are mostly wonky (minus setting the preset for the tray retraction). The instructions provided are a bare minimum too so there might be some fixes for the issues I'm about to mention, but they are not intuitive. To be clear, there are TWO plugs for the cabinet into the wall. One plug is for the surge protector/power strip (which has a button to turn on and off), and the other is to the UST tray mechanism. There are two remotes too, one for the lighting and the other to the UST tray. If the cabinet is powered ON (as in there's an on and off button on the surge protector/power strip), you can adjust the lighting on the unit with a remote. This also means the FAN on the unit is ON which honestly is quite loud and makes silent part of movies not silent. The UST tray remote only retracts the tray to bring the projector back into the cabinet but it does NOT turn the fan off. Again, there is NOT a button on your remote to turn the fan off (?). So if you close your projector with the remote... the fan stays on. Just humming in the cabinet. We tried waiting but it never turned off (ie if there was some temperature gauge that it shuts off automatically). In order to turn the fan off, you have to push the button on the surge protector on the back of the cabinet but that also turns off everything plugged into to the power strip. The button is not hard to reach on the back of the unit, but it is inconvenient having reach back there to push it on EVERY time I use the unit (and off). If you push the button OFF, it immediately retracts the tray and closes the unit (we thought of just leaving the tray open most of the time but it just retracts when the cabinet button is off, unless you unplug the cabinet). - Because the projector is covered by a sturdy panel in the front, it essentially makes the remote for your projector useless, unless you walk to the front and aim the remote down when you're standing over your projector. That means having to stand up each time you want to adjust a channel or the volume. If you're not streaming and just watching a movie via a blueray player, this isn't much of an issue as you can just use your remote for that, but you still have to walk up to your UST and tower over it to turn it on and set initial settings. - The UST projector will likely jostle by several mm when the tray is retracted in and out which causes the image to easily distory or go out of frame once it comes out of the cabinet. The sudden stop when its retracted in or when it comes out to the preset seems to cause this. My projector (PX3-Pro) is a rather bulky unit; I would not call it light. I had to essentially have rubber anchors at the base to prevent this from happening. Setting up my screen was a bigger chore than I expected because before finding suitable anchors, my projector kept moving every time the unit opened and closed which made image move around wildly in front of me. This is less of a knock on the unit but something that is important to know. - When the UST tray retracts back in, at least for our unit, the panel does not go back flush (see pics) on the left side, where it remains slanted in. I think this was just a defect in the electronic or string mechanism on our unit. Interestingly, if you give it a couple minutes it levels itself back up. I guess if we were closing this for guests, it looks weird not having it close all the way up. - The storage was surprisingly less than we expected. I imagined that the shelf panel opened up more (to get storage from the rounded sides, but the handles/door stops at the round area. (See pics) White glove deliverers were worth paying for. They brought the heavy unit up a flight of stairs and wore shoe covers to walk on our carpet. Moved to the right location and cleared away all the trash. To be clear, we got a good pair of guys but they aren't employed by Povison and like me, their "assembly" included playing with the remote and controls and figuring out the unit on the fly. Again, no complaints about the delivery.

“Looks amazing in my living room” The sleek design is stunning — guests always ask where I got it. I like that it doesn’t just look good but also hides all the wires. The integrated power hub really helps keep the area clean and organized. This is one of the best furniture purchases I’ve made.

I am extremely impressed with the styling and function of the unit. Nearly silent operation. The low profile makes the room feel larger. My only con is that the instructions could be a bit more detailed.
