If you encounter a problem that need to return the product to us, please read the following guidelines.

  

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have your right to get your money back within 30 days after receive the products in the following situation.

1. The product you received is defective, incorrect or incomplete. We will full refund you after we get the return in good packing. You MUST contact customer service for return label, so that you can return it for free.

2. The product you returned is in good condition (not affect secondary sales) for your personal reason. The return fee for personal reason is at your expense. You MUST contact customer service for the return address and show us the return tracking number, or we won’t accept the return. You can also contact customer service to arrange a return label and we will deduct the return fee from your refund.

Please DON’T return the product to the shipping address showing on the shipping label!   

 

Hassle-Free Exchange

A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.

                                                                

Cancellation

For your cancellation request, please check the following situation.

1. You can cancel and get full refund before the order shipped.

2. Cancellation request is unacceptable after order shipped. Or we will deduct the shipping fee ($50-$500) and return fee ($50-$500) from your refund

3. If you reject the product during delivery for personal reason, we will deduct the shipping fee ($50-$500) and return fee ($50-$500) from your refund.

 

Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free .

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock).Povison will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).

 

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

3. Unused and damaged item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

4. Items in original package.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame.

2. Items without the original packaging.

3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page and those clearance items.

4. Items you have already assembled.

5. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process-damaged  caused by the incorrect installation of a product.

6. Cracks during the random displacement of the items.

7. Items kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.

8. For sanitary reasons,bedding accessories such as linens,pillows,mattress pads,rugs,etc. Are non-returnable.
