At first, I was very concerned that the table was damaged during shipment due to that damage to the packaging, however everything was packaged extremely well and my table was not damaged. Also, if you opt for front door delivery, be prepared to have it dropped off in your driveway without any notification. I was emailed a 2 week timeframe, but no follow up email giving a more precise date. The stone top is very heavy and not something 1 person can manage to carry. I am so pleased with how simple and easy the assembly was (aside from having to get it in the house without breaking). Highly recommend getting the lazy Susan addition!
