Delven Wave-18.7" Deep Acoustic Slatted-Door Vented Media Console

My partner was worried the fluted front might look too busy, but in the room it reads more like a piece of furniture than an equipment rack. The walnut color works well with our floor or coffee table, and all the black electronics are out of sight.

I swapped our receiver last weekend and expected the usual mess of pulling wires through tiny holes. The removable back made it much easier to see what I was doing and reconnect the HDMI and power cables.

The walnut finish and wavy doors gave our living room the warmth it was missing. It looks clean, not overdone.

Our center soundbar now sits in the middle instead of on top of the cabinet. After testing it with the doors closed, remote model still responded from our usual seat. That small detail made the whole TV area feel much less cluttered.

Our media setup includes an AV receiver and a PS5, so heat buildup was my biggest concern. We used the cabinet for two weeks before writing this review. Even after watching movies for three hours, the equipment area stayed reasonably cool, and the front, rear, and bottom vents provided good airflow. I also like how sturdy the metal shelves feel under our equipment.
