Hi Povison! We are thrilled with our new Benjamin reclining sofa from you! Game changer for comfort, looks, no maintenance and the color is perfect! We chose the light brown leather and it matches our interior so well! The customer service that your team provided was top-notch every time I called! We live on an island in the pacific NW and the delivery was so seamless! Right on time! The packaging was amazing! So well done! Each section came in its own quilted bag keeping each piece in perfect condition! Wow! We are so happy with our decision to purchase this sofa from Povison. We have been looking for this exact dream sofa for over 2 years and then I found you! Thank you! I find myself sitting down or lying down more often! We each have our own recliner so no fighting! Love it so much! Also, another feature that we love is the movable headrest on each section. When they are in the down position it looks so streamline and does not block our view of the puget sound. We love our new Provison sofas. We were thrilled that it is a true low profile design yet does not lack anything in the comfort department. The seats are firm yet, comfortable and not too deep. We love the adjustable headrest.. It is easy to click forward and back.. I was nervous about what color it would actually come, but the pictures are true to what they show. The couch is a very neutral bone color and could work with virtually any color scheme. The sofas were extremely well packed to prevent any damage in shipping. The shipping company was fantastic! They kept us informed every step of the way and were very courteous and kind on delivery day. I did not pay for white glove delivery and they still set the boxes inside my Living room. It was quick and easy to put together.

The product is definitely of great quality, easy to assemble and truly changed our living room. Though I had a few minor things to deal with, the team was super responsive and addressed every single item to the T. Fantastic experience and love my new couch with recliners .

This nicely covered power recliner has a beautiful feel and rich color. Soft and well cushioned, the chair offers good support. The adjustable headrest is a nice bonus. Installation is straightforward and involves a few quick steps. It essentially comes in few pieces. The logistics were fast and efficient.
