Safety concern, otherwise beautiful sofa. When we first received this sofa, I absolutely loved it. The customer service was great, the quality is nice, delivery was very professional, product arrived in nice condition and the sofa is very easy to clean. The green color is beautiful which you maybe can or can’t see in the photo. However, the pros can’t get me past the major con of the safety concerns. I emailed customer support asking about what happens if let’s say a small child puts an arm or a leg in the way of the sofa while it’s moving. Support was very kind and prompt in responding, however I believe their information was inaccurate. They mentioned in their response that you must continue to hold to have the sofa move, however that’s not the case (you simply press once). Also, unless I’m missing a trick, I was unable to turn on a child lock feature by holding 3-5 seconds. Lovely product, however I will likely get rid of this sofa because I’m too scared of the risks if I’m not home and someone gets hurt. This product really needs to have a button that you either must continuously hold, and/or there needs to be a sensor that detects objects in the way. Even if a child lock exists (which I could not find), that is not sufficient. I included photos of what happened to a cardboard box that I placed under the base, and a raw sweet potato (about three fingers in diameter) that I placed in the back area.

Beautiful and very well-made ottoman. It arrived in a heavy-duty box and was protected by a quilted mover-quality cover, which really showed the care POVISON puts into their products. The dark green microfiber leather is gorgeous, and assembly took less than a minute—just attach the legs. It’s sturdy, comfortable , and will be perfect as extra seating in my new home theater. Very impressed with the quality and packaging. Highly recommended!

We bought this 1930 house in Savannah, GA, a year ago and have been needing the right couch for the small-dimensions living room. We looked at several options and landed on the reclining loveseat. The hardest part of putting it together was the unboxing: the pieces were VERY well protected for shipping. It is lovely and comfortable and easy to keep clean.
