78.74" Modern Minimalist on the Ground TV Stand

I paid $800+ for this TV stand hoping for its high quality but it was sent to us with broken parts and customer service offered $50 replacement which is totally unacceptable. I was told they offered $50 bc the broken part does not affect the “beauty outside of the TV stand” But bc of the broken part the drawer was hard to open. Not just that but I paid $800+ for it’s quality not the “beauty outside of the TV stand”. They also rejected of sending new part. The quality overall was bad, the drawer was hard to open. Customer service was horrible, I would not recommend family or friends to buy this TV stand or anything from this company. If I can rate 0 star if I could. Please learn from my mistake.

The bottom lights of the floating tv stand do not turn on. The middle console lights up just nothing on the bottom. I unplugged everything and it did not solve the issue as I did several troubleshooting techniques. The customer I purchased this for was not pleased that it doesnt function as it should. Shipping was beast! No way any damage was going to happen in this style. Took pride in shipping!
