The TV stand is beautiful, but the logistics were a bit slow. Customer service was responsive. The packaging arrived slightly damaged, but the product was unharmed. Installation was straightforward. Overall it's still very good.

I have never ordered from Provison before and I was a little skeptical ordering furniture without seeing it. First of all they said 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. It came in 9 business days. The delivery service was awesome on communication and time of delivery. The tv stand was packaged very well. No dings! The quality of the wood is as advertised. The only thing I had to put together was the legs. I definitely would order from Provison again. Pictures are before and after.
