They were able to work with our schedule and even delivered earlier than originally expected. The chairs are great quality and super comfortable. Easy to assemble and clean. I’m very pleased with the whole POVISON experience.

The table and chairs are absolutely beautiful and very well made. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they look amazing in my home. I’m very happy with the furniture itself. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a major disappointment. The delivery company used in New Jersey was unprofessional and made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. While I highly recommend the furniture for its quality and craftsmanship, I hope the company considers using a more reliable delivery service, as it would make the overall customer experience much better.

The instructions were clear enough. I especially liked how the design fits well with my existing decor and doesn’t look out of place. However, the packaging could have been a bit sturdier. Overall, it performs well.

These chairs look super high-end. The cream PU has a really clean, polished look and wipes down easily, which is a big plus for me.
