Aeolus-141" Extra Long Media Console for Home Theater

In a perfect world, you would order furniture online and have everything arrive in perfect condition, but unfortunately that doesn’t always happen. For us, what matters even more is how a company responds when there is a problem. We ordered the Aeolus 95” Mid-Century Modern Wood Slatted TV Stand with LED lights. It arrived after about a month in two very well-packaged boxes. Unfortunately, the delivery service dropped the first box off the back of the truck, something we happened to catch on our home security cameras. Whether the damage happened during shipping or as a result of that drop, the unit arrived with a chip, some misalignment and scratches. Was I upset when I first saw it? Absolutely. What impressed us was how Kiki in Povison customer service handled everything. She was responsive, professional and worked with us to reach a satisfactory resolution after only two emails back and forth. From the day the unit was delivered, to contacting customer service, to receiving a partial refund back on our credit card took just seven days. Stuff happens. What matters is whether a company stands behind its products when it does. Povison did, and after seeing how well they handled our concerns, I can only give them a 5-star rating.

We are in love with this console. This was my first time purchasing furniture online and wasn't sure what to expect. This is solidly built - as pictured online. The shipment arrived damaged, but customer service was very quick to resolve the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Povison provides excellent customer service and put my mind at ease. I am looking at other pieces to add to our home.

Love this unit, it’s very well built, beautiful design, it was very well packaged when shipped. Took them a long time to ship it but worth the wait! Highly recommend this product!
