Provision decided they’d send a new attachment piece and take $80 off. It arrived weeks later and damaged. I’m so annoyed with this company and I will not be purchasing the other furniture I had planned to from them. Update: Povision customer service gave me an additional $150 back and is working with their quality control to ensure the issues I experienced don’t happen to other customers. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and may consider purchasing another piece in the future.
