I received my order on time, but the boxes were damaged. There were no instructions. The hardware (screws, etc.) were just in the box. There were several parts damaged or broken. I emailed the same day as advised; however, I have not received a response back. It has now been a week. There were many things I had hoped to order from the company, but the customer service and quality were not up to par with the price. I basically have a broken, damaged bed. I only wanted a replacement of the broken parts so the bed can actually be functional as I purchased.

The packaging was sturdy, and the quality of the bed exceeded my expectations. Easy to assemble and looks fantastic in my bedroom. Highly recommend it!

The description lists the color as black and white, but this is really a cream or beige color. When selecting a black and white nightstand to match this bed, the colors are clearly off. Now I have a room with nice pieces that don’t match, and no easy return of the nightstands.
