Absolutely love our new sofa and ottoman. We were drawn to the fact that we can expand and customize the furniture in the future. These are nice firm cushions, which I like, others may find it too firm. I like the support it offers. It will also last a long time. I’ve received many compliments on them. We’re already looking to add more pieces for our front room. Love the possibility of turning it into a nice corner sofa unit if we decide to move it to our basement once it’s finished. My husband said it didn’t take him long to put together. Also like that you can change the legs if your style changes in the future. Was hesitant initially about buying furniture online from a company I hadn’t heard of. I did extensive research to ensure they were legitimate and furniture was solid. I’m happy with my purchase. Although there is no traditional phone number for service, I was able to set up appointments to speak with someone quickly about any questions I had. Don’t hesitate to try them out! Some of the legs were uneven, causing the sofa to wobble slightly. I had to resort to using additional supports to stabilize it, which was a bit disappointing considering the premium price tag. Nonetheless, once the issue was resolved, the sofa became the centerpiece of my home, and its elegance never fails to impress.
